We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main street and just steps away from the metro station. We loved being able to walk to all the shops and attractions on the bustling Gran Via. Plus, the hotel itself was situated right behind the Casa Libro bookstore, which gave it a charming and unique feel. We couldn't have asked for a better location for everything we wanted to visit.
This hotel would be a great choice for families as well.

The hotel is located in a more quiet neighborhood, away from the crowded streets of the city center. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. You can start your day by having a cup of coffee in a local cafe reading the paper. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city.
The gym in the hotel is quite small and not very well-equipped.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, right behind the Casa Libro bookstore and facing the main Gran Via thoroughfare. It was so convenient to have shops and the metro station just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself was stunning, with comfortable rooms that had all the amenities I could ask for: air conditioning, mini-bar, dressing area, in-room safe. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful, making me feel right at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel is located in a safe area and the breakfast provided was quite adequate.
The hotel was not what I expected, definitely not a 4-star experience. I had booked a twin room with an extra bed for my child, but upon arrival, they informed me that the extra bed would cost an additional 35 Euros per night.
